Joggermom.com requires 3 business days on handling and processing order. All Free Shipping orders are sent USPS/Fedex Ground Service. If you need to expedite your order, please contact our representative before placing the order .
To provide a secure market place for all of our shoppers, Joggermom.com now
requires further verification on all orders over $100. We reserve the rights to cancel orders if we are not able to verify your identity or feel that the order was placed without the consent of the card holder.

Refunds and Returns
All of us here at Joggermom.com do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If by chance you receive an item and it is not what you expected or defective we will gladly allow you to return it with the following conditions:
Call or email us for an RA#. If the item does not have an RA# it will not be accepted.
Once you have the number please print it on the outside of the box you are shipping and send it to:
Returns must be made within 14 days of the item being shipped.
Strollers are non refundable unless they are defective.
Returns must be in original packaging with tags and be able to be sold as new.
All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee,original shipping costs and return shipping costs will be deducted from the return amount. We will then credit your original payment method.
All items on sale or clearance are non-refundable.
We offer free shipping from California on all orders over $100.00 to the continental U.S. using UPS Ground.
If you need to return all or part of an order you received free shipping on you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and charged for shipped items being returned.
We currently only ship to addresses within the USA. Please contact us for International shipping. We are unable to ship Mountain Buggy outside of the US.
Please contact us first to place your order firstname.lastname@example.org. if you are outside of the US. We will need to manually input your order as we are unable to ship for free. We do however offer a discount which will make your single stroller shipping cost almost free and your double stroller shipping cost will be about 40% of the full amount. ***Important. Not all strollers can ship to APO's. Size is an issue.
We can ship most stroller manufactures internationally using our cart and shipping with UPS. We are unable to ship Baby Jogger, Mountain Buggy & Phil & Teds strollers outside of the U.S. On single strollers only we can also offer you a price quote using USPS Priority Mail. This offer is good on single strollers only as the box size is too big on the doubles and triples. Contact us at email@example.com for a quote.

We cannot offer any additional discounts on our sale items. Once they are put on sale we mark them as low as we possibly can sell them for. If a stroller is on sale we have marked it as low as we can. We always offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00 with UPS ground for your convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. These items are ordered and reserved for you. At that time, they are taken out of our available stock. We will ship them to you as soon as they arrive in our store.
You may pre-order merchandise right from our website and PAY IN FULL for your items at the time the order is placed-- your credit card is charged at that time.
Because the items you order are purchased especially for you and will no longer be available for others to purchase, a cancelled Pre-Order is subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the total cancelled portion of the order. This is done also because as our inventory is purchased, we re-order available stock. Pre-orders that have been completely paid for and then canceled will receive a refund in the amount of the pre-order, less the 10% cancellation fee.
We are not responsible for Pre-Orders items that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We consider the expected delivery date up through 30 days later than expected to still be "On Schedule". We want to get your product purchase to you as quickly as possible and make every effort to ship it to you quickly and efficiently. We want to make you a lasting happy customer.
